NWT Dynamite Pleated Blouse

This light blue pleated Dynamite blouse is new with tags, has flowy sleeves, a tie-close at the nape of the neck, and stretchy elastic panel in the back at the waist. Fits a little bit bigger than true size XL. I am 5’8”, size L/XL in tops, and it not as cropped at shown on the model. For me, it falls at the belly button/mid-rise jeans height.
