Gorgeous Authentic ELIZABETH AND JAMES midnight blue long sleeves silk-like dress. Features side slit and ties at the wrists, silky fabric (polyester blend). New with tag, never worn; see some very minor pulls on silky fabric on back of left arm (likely from hanger or store try-ons), and minor seam undone stitching under left arm (no holes, easy quick stitch fix).
