tranquil4eva @90sartchick It is a peasant style neckline and has a lot of stretch at the neck and normal stretch of a few inches throughout the body of the top. Laying flat: pit to pit is 22" the bottom is 27" across shoulder to bottom hem line is 28.5" shoulder to shoulder is approximately 24" the top opening of the neckline is 13" an stretches to 25" almost like it could be an off the shoulder top as well.
