NWT Eliza J Pocket Dress

NWT- Beautiful navy blue spaghetti strap Eliza J dress. Knee length dress, floral bottom with navy, reds and pinks. Has pockets on both sides (very practical) and comes fully lined. Great party dress or any other occasion. Had belt included that can be tied in a bow. I bought it on sale, can see tag in the picture, unfortunately does not fit. Accepting offers :))
