NWT Eliza J high low sheath navy blue dress

I ended up buying two of the same dress. One was taking too long to arrive and I found another one locally. I needed it for my sons grad so this dress has never been worn. It is new with tags and it’s just a duplicate of the one you see me wearing in the picture. It was purchased at Nordstrom in the states. Size 12 lace. Very elegant with great accent details around the neck, sleeves and hem.
