NWT Evan Picone Black chiffon cocktail dress, size 14

Gorgeous LBD in black chiffon. Very well made, not flimsy. Never wore, it is still new with tags. It didn't quite fit but it is such a nice dress I have decided to reposh it. I have added new photos to verify. I would say it is a smallish 14 because there isn't any stretch. I have a smoke-free pet-free home and use recycled materials where I can.
