NWT | Flattering Lightweight Blue Dress

Nice length, high slits along the side, very flowy and whimsical. :) Lightweight material, perfect for summer or vacation. Bought 2 locally but wasnt as fond of this color on myself. Never worn, really flattering style. Classified as 'one size'. I'd say it's a Medium. But it does have stretch to it.
