NWT Forever 21 Flare Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lisarahim. I love the style and the patterning is gorgeous, but it just didn't fit me right🙁 The first photo is more to show the fit of the dress; the only thing that is different is the patterning and the front of the dress is a little more plunging. It also has buttons going down the front and a tie-back with a zipper closure. Questions? Leave a comment below!
