NWT Forever 21 wide leg pants

Size small, for reference I wear size 27 in pants and these fit me. Slightly longer for me and I'm 5'4", so best for someone 5'5" or taller. Fitted around the thigh and wide at the bottom. Has slits in the front. Two back pockets are fake, two front pockets are real. New with tag, no flaws.
