NWT Free People asymmetrical dress

Brand new with amazing colours, I wanted to love this, but it wasn’t the dress I ordered ... guess I cannot get over that disappointment. Very lightweight with smocking on the top sides, spaghetti straps and and asymmetrical hemline that’s lower in the back. Excluded from sale.
