NWT Glam Goth Beauty “Countess Corskirt” long black velvet lace-up backside corset skirt size XS. The fabric of the skirt is extremely soft & stretchy but the waistband itself does NOT have any stretch to it. It has a side zipper, the back has silver metal hoops with velvet ties that lace up to adjust the tightness like you would a corset & the bottom sides have a flowing floral lace mermaid style feature that accents the skirt beautifully.
