NWT "Go With Your Heart" Handmade Silver Necklace

This is adorable, and a gift given to me just this week. I already know I'm not going to wear it so I'm passing them on immediately because this would be the perfect Christmas gift! I have not tried it on, and only took them out of the bag to photograph. I'm sorry I don't know the name of this designer and can't confirm what metal this is. I hope the video will provide an accurate depiction for you. The plaque itself is quite shiny, and the chain has some variant in it between matte and shiny it looks like.
