NWT Gorgeous floral print off the shoulder dress

This dress is soo gorgeous! Its black velvet! It has a beautiful metallic floral design. The bottom has some pretty lace to add to the dress, it goes all around the bottom and makes a slit on the left leg! Never worn, tags on!
