NWT Green & Red Chinese Viscose Jacket

This jacket is made of a viscose/nylon blend (67/33) and is mostly green, accented with red. The green section has dark green characters all over, and some red characters that appear closer to the "foreground". The red section has what appear to be traditional round Chinese designs. The front has 4 button closures that are a loop and bead instead of a button and hole. The piece does not appear to have been worn much, if at all, and still has the tags attached. This piece is marked as a size small (155/80A, if that helps any?), but measures more like a size medium, indicating that the fit is intended to be a bit larger or looser.
