NWT Guess Cassi off the shoulder pastel blue smocked puff sleeve top

New with tags in a size large from Guess, this is the Cassi off the shoulder top. Light baby blue pastel color in a soft crinkle crepe material. Cutout lace detail along the waist above the peplum. Elastic at the shoulders. Bust measures about 34” unstretched but there is smocking all along the back. Total length is about 14” from the neckline of the top, 19” from the shoulder.
