NWT H&M Cotton Floral Maxi Dress, Size XS

This is a brand new with tags H&M maxi dress. Pink, blue and yellow flowers on a tan background. A voluminous amount (2 m at least) of 100% cotton (20% recycled). Size XS, but could fit up to medium. Spaghetti straps with ties that cross in the back and tie in the front under bust. Elastic around the back. Length from shoulder to hem is 54".
