NWT - H&M Floral Ruffle Blouse - Cream and Pink

Short blouse in sheer fabeic. Low-cut V-neck at front with narrow ties at center. Layered ruffle trim at neckline and hem. Long sleeves and flared cuffs with narrow elastic at wrists. Never worn.
