Short, fitted, off-the-shoulder top in smocked jersey with a straight-cut upper edge. Short puff sleeves in crisp cotton poplin with concealed elastic for added volume. Straight-cut hem. Very very small pen mark on the sleeve (pictured). Also one on the INSIDE of the shirt (pictured). Cannot be seen from the outside. The shirt was sent to me this way. Such a cute top. Only selling because it doesn’t fit.
