NWT H&M size medium black sparkle long pencil skirt

This is a NWT long black sparkle skirt from H&M in a size medium. Has a 16 inch slit up the front off to the side and is firm fitting. This was purchased for me but I find it too tight around my waist as the waistband is 1 3/4 inches thick so I find it doesn’t give as much as I need it to. There is stretch there but keep in mind the waistband is not flimsy. Please see the above photos for measurements and more details.
