NWT Hatch The Harper Dress Size 2

Reposhing this item I purchased from @hannahlawrence. Loved it, but didn't fit me correctly. Hatch sizing is by 1 / 2 / 3, so this is supposed to be a medium. There is no stretch in this dress. Tags are intact with a spare button. Measurements lying flat: Armpit distance (bust): 20" Upper arm: 7" Waist: 24", fabric is gathered and flouncy Overall length: 37.5" Questions?
