NWT House of CB Dress

Stunningly gorgeous dress! NWT - never worn! I got the wrong size :(. Passing it on to a new home. The measurements are in photos, but the material is a thick one with stretch. For reference, my waist is 25 inches, and I wear a 30C and I was able to zip it up, it just wasn't comfortable - so it has stretch and give. Has stunning ruffles, sleeve buttons, a full skirt, and a corset top. Absolutely beautiful. Open to reasonable offers :)
