NWT Hutch Design Brand Red and Blue Bustier Dress

A NWT Hutch Design brand red and blue off the shoulder bustier style dress, in excellent condition. The dress is lined with blue satin, the material is an abstract design brocade. The skirt has a short slit on one side. It fits and is shown on a modern size 6 mannequin. It is size 4 on the tag, and measures 34.5” bust, 29” waist, 39” hips, with 4” long off the shoulder cuffs, which sit approx 4.5” below the standard shoulder seam line. It measures 39” in length from nape of neck to hem.
