NWT Italian men's hat size 60

I bought this hat in Montelpulciano, Italy for my brother as a gift, but he said he'd never wear it. Made of 100% linen with blue stitching. Size 60. It's stunning. Ultimately I'm disappointed in my brother's lack of style. I would keep it for myself if it fit. Brand new with tags, never worn.
