NWT JUST COZY Black Fur lined Leggings XL -3X

W4 New with tags from my personal closet, these leggings are a plus size. On their size chart. They say extra large and stretches up to a 3X. Please see the measurements but they are taken unstretched. I have another pair which I bought size XL. I am a one X and it was a little bit loose. It could definitely go to a 2X.
