NWT Jack by BB Dakota Polka Dot Faux-Wrap Skirt

Such a cute fun skirt ! Fully lined, short in length, with ruffle detail. Faux-wrap - zips up in the back. Will look AMAZING with tights and bulky sweater over top! Perfect casual chic Christmas look :) BRAND NEW with tag, only tried on. I bought online for myself and unfortunately it is too snug for me, otherwise I would keep this versatile beauty!! I could zip it up, but it was just way too tight around the hips. For reference, I am about a 41-42 inch hip. See pics for measurements!
