Such a cute fun miniskirt. Black with white polka dots, Fully lined, short in length, with ruffle detail. Faux-wrap - zips up in the back. Would look AMAZING with tights and bulky sweater over top! Perfect casual chic winter look :) BRAND NEW with tag, only tried on. No flaws to report. I bought online for myself and unfortunately it is too snug for me, otherwise I would keep this versatile beauty!! I could zip it up, but it was just way too tight around the hips.
