NWT Joe Fresh White peplum top

Never worn (except to try on at home) and it has the tag (it was pulled off when I was trying on the top) Super cute Peplum style top! Great cut out pattern and it ties up in the back. Would be great for summer, spring and even the fall with a cute cardigan!
