New, with tags, never worn amazing halter dress. Very forgiving with elastic back, and tie around neck. Full side zipper. Material has a nice stiff structure, so that a real PINUP dress effect can be had. What I really like about this dress is that the armpits are low enough that you wouldn't constantly be getting sweat or deodorant on it (less cleaning) but high enough to cover that armpit area us gals often dislike.
