NWT Kathy Che dress. Features pleating on front top half as well as a waist tie. Darting in the back for a nice feminine fit. Great for attending a wedding or party, or at the office. The shell is 100% Polyester, the lining is also 100% Polyester. Missing eyelet for hook and eye closure at top; however, zipper does go all the way up. As this item is new with tag, it will not be laundered prior to shipping. This is new old stock, may have faint odour from being in storage. Tag says size is 8; however, please review measurements below to ensure a proper fit.
