This is a NWT beautiful one piece lounging outfit in a size large in shades of blue from La Vie En Rose. There are adjustable shoulder straps, elastic in the waistband (which easily stretches to 21 inches flate) and also a tie at the waist. Nice flowing legs on this lounge outfit. Totally gift able.
