NWT Ladies DENIM skirt from Reitman’s (waist 14 inches)

This is a NWT ladies size 26 BUT the waist measures at 14 inches so 26/28, denim skirt that’s a cotton blend and there is definitely stretch in there, from Reitman’s. This was a purchase for my daughter who hated this skirt…🤷🏼‍♀️who hates a skirt that has shorts built in? Anyway this would be great with tights and boots and a big chunky sweater this fall/winter.
