NWT Ladies faux leather Joie cognac dress pants sizes-2x or 3X

These are NWT Ladies faux leather pants in the colour cognac by the brand Joie. They are a super rich colour, have useable front pockets and super soft on the inside so you won’t get that cool feeling when outside. I bought these for my Step-mom in 2 different sizes and neither one fit and I can’t find my bill of sale. Please note that the waist measurements on both are above but each stretch another 6 inches comfortably. The measurements taken are just lying flat.
