NWT Laura Petites Black Dress w/ Elbow Sleeves

NEW! Labels as petite, however I am 5’9” and this dress fit nicely, just more of a typical short sleeve length on the arm. Bought for an event and didn’t end up wearing. There are some little pulls on the lower part of the dress, pictures as example.
