NWT Lord & Taylor JS Collection Black Lace Dress with Bodice Rosette

The front rosette is a lightweight chiffon with wire structuring. The top of the neckline is pleated chiffon, the body of the dress is overlaid with black lace. It fits a modern size 6. The dress has optional shoulder straps, and measures 35" bust, 28" waist, 37" hips.
