NWT Lost In Lunar BEAUTIFUL 100% cotton size small dress or tunic

This is such a beautiful and unique NWT 100% cotton LINED with POCKETS dress or tunic depending upon your preference. The liner is sewn in. 4 pearlized buttons down the front. White eyelet accents on the front with side ruffles and eyelet accent on the back. Sleeves are plain but with elastic to hold them where you want them to be. It is definitely an oversized small as PTP is just over 19 inches. This is absolutely unique and can be worn numerous ways year round. This was purchased at a local boutique for my daughter who won’t wear it.
