Still NWT - this very lightweight shirt dress has discreet ruffle detail with small shirring/pleats on shoulders and arms. Comes with belt. Material has a slight lustre as I tried to show in pic 4. Colour best described as a granny smith apple - it's like spring on a hanger. Size is L - but equates to a US size 8. Measurements in pics.
