NWT Max Studio Red Stretch Viscose Dress Sz Medium

New with tags, excellent condition, never worn. Marked as a medium, but the measurements seem to run a little small (see photos). It is 8% spandex so does have stretch. Please note that the dress is a true red and does not have the pinkish hue seen in some of the photos.
