ginaaimelamode Hi! What is the materials composition? Also, does the waist have any stretching or elasticity? I fluctuate between 25.5-27 inches and worry that sometimes the skirt may not suit me. Can it be worn with a belt? Thank you!

zaria243 @ginaaimelamode Hi, ai just measured it and cheched the sizing guide on Melanie lyne, the size 2 says hips 37 cm and that's exactly how it is. however, I feel that when the skirt sits that the waist it does not have that effect as in the picture with a high rise. It is not worn with a belt. I hope this helps
