NWT Metz & Co. Silk Scarf

Former Dutch department store Metz & Co., founded in 1740. The store's branding was "We Are Luxury" in recent years. A 2012 Timeout post mentioned "Metz is wonderful for upmarket gifts: designer furniture, glass and opulent accessories are all available..." Metz & Co. shut down in 2013. The building is now occupied by ubiquitous American chain Abercrombie & Fitch. Leidsestraat 34 - 36, Amsterdam. Beautiful scarf. Never worn. Still in plastic wrapping. Sorry. No invoice or certificate of authenticity. Measures 34” x 34” Purchased in Amsterdam 2001
