Beautiful Neon Azure pleated mini dress by Monique Lhuillier. Pleated throughout with a twist in the bodice. Flutter sleeves and the perfect skirt for twirling! Dress is fully lined. NOTE: the dress is new with tags, however there is a small mark on the back that appears to be marker. I have not attempted to wash it out as the dress is NWT. The price reflects this.
