Brand new with tags! Purchased from a local boutique. Adorable smocked beige dress with oversized black polka dots! Seriously so cute and adorable! This has a cute keyhole in the back. On my 5’3 frame the ruffle bottom hits above my ankle but on a taller frame it would be more midi. Fits S-M. This has a lining for the bottom but above my knee it stops and is unlined. Comfy chiffon blousy fabric. Can be dressed up or down! Paid $119 plus tax
