NWT Muveil Navy Gold-Embroidered Military Style Jacket size size 6

New with tags jacket from Japanese brand Muveil. Sizing is marked as 38, and I had trouble figuring out what that is exactly in US sizes, but it fits me perfectly and I’m a size 6. Gold embroidered flowers running up the front of the jacket, with gold beaded bee and flower appliqués on the collar. Gold coat-of-arms shank buttons running up front and at wrists. Hook and eye closures at front. Pockets. Pleated fabric at back.
