NWT Notations Button Down Blouse, White/Black Plaid, Sz XL

Button down blouse with option to roll up the sleeves. Nice weight 100% polyester. White & Black Plaid. Can be dressy or casual. Sz XL. New with Tags. Just noticed a small area by front pocket and button band there is some small lines. Not sure if its a fabric flaw….check it out in pic. Price reflects that area.
