Brand new, with tags, handmade to order from OffOn Clothing. I just received it this week but the colour does not look good on me. Beautiful 100% linen V neckline dress in denim blue with hidden pockets.. Below the knee length, hand ruffled skirt, buttons placket, short folded sleeves. Paid CA$169.00 plus $22.00 shipping, and waited 2 months for delivery. Waist measures 16" across Pit to pit measures 17" Length 38" ( I had length altered from the original 42")
