NWT Off the shoulder white summer dress

New with tag off the shoulder hand made white cinched waist summer dress with sequinned detailing. Can be worn on the shoulders too. Length hits mid thigh or shorter depending on your height. Purchased at a small boutique in Singapore. Size is unclear as it is hand made but would fit sizes 4-10. Double layer so not see through. Off the shoulder it measures 16” across or up to 24” with stretch.
