NWT Old Navy Cutout Midi Shirt Dress

New with tags dress from Old Navy. Collared. Buttons all down the front. Cut outs on side. Pockets. Slight slit at bottom sides so you’re not trapped in a tube. Elastic at back for a flattering fit. Midi length but fits me a bit longer (I’m 5’5).
