lololetgo1989 @donaldav hi there! Most sincere apologies as I can see now that my response comment to you from several weeks ago never actually posted! Goodness, I’m so sorry, as I had no clue and was most certainly nor ignoring you! When lying the garment flat, waist is 16.5 inches across and length is 40 inches from top of waistband to bottom of skirt. Waistband is elasticized and very comfortable with nice stretch.

lololetgo1989 @donaldav Can also wear the skirt higher on your waist or lower down towards four hips depending on look and length you want! Hope that helps and sincere apologies again for the unintentional delay!

lololetgo1989 @donaldav oh, no! Are you concerned about it being too small? The fit is super flowy and the waistband is elasticized and quite a roomy loose elastic — not tight!
