I am SO so sorry that I’m only now looking at this listing and realizing that my response to you about the measurements from several weeks ago never actually went through. Yikes! So sorry about that! But the measurements when laying flat are 18 inches across waist, 20 inches across hips and 14 inches top to bottom of center! Relaxed, loose fit and elasticized waist as well. Hope that helps and so sorry again for the delay!
