MONTEAU Los Angeles lightweight peplum blouse rouched gathering along collar bones, elasticized along lumbar waist, closed v- neck. Bright golden yellow with blue floral cherry blossom pattern. Pretty and feminine. (Photo with model was borrowed online to demo fit- I dont want to put it on just for a photo... this shirt has never been worn!)
