NWT Phillip Lim sleeveless blouse

Silk, sheer. Brand new. I removed the tag for the photo (still have it) but it has never been worn. I’m a medium, and it fits me well (has a slightly looser fit around the waist so best tucked into pants or a skirt, or worn over tight pants).
